CNIH Refund Policy

You can cancel your registration up to 10 business days prior to the course start date. In the event of a cancellation, a $50 administration fee will be incurred. However, should you defer into a later course, that $50 administration fee will be waived. You have 1 year to use any deferred fees.

If you need to cancel after the deadline, you will not receive a refund but can apply your registration to another CNIH course (minus a $50 administration fee) within 1 year.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start of the course you will not receive a refund and you won’t be able to apply your registration to another CNIH course.

Occasionally, we will have to cancel a course due to low enrollments. In the case of a cancelation you have the option of deferring your registration to the next available delivery date, applying your registration to another CNIH course, or receiving a full refund with no penalties.

We don’t like cancelling courses due to low enrollment, so tell your colleagues about us.
